Hi, I am a meticulous Operations Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in Operations Management Support, Office Management and as a Personal Assistant to Directors.

I am currently the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO of an architectural firm that has been appointed as the Inhouse Architects for one of the top three South African Banking concerns, with projects running both nationally and internationally.

I also have more than 5 years experience within the Manufacturing / Engineering Space, with extensive experience in Radiation Control and Management, Radiation Safety, International Logistics, Manufacturing, ISO Quality Systems, Project Support and Maintenance.

Operations Management

The success of delivering product and projects on time and within budget requires effective and efficient internal operations management. My role is to assist Operations Managers in the day-to-day management of tasks and project deliverables to ensure their time is optimally utilized to focus on mission critical aspects of their roles.

Office Management

In this role I am required to ensure that project deliverables, RFP and RFQ requirements are gathered, consolidated and that all project plans, drawings, tender requirements and meetings are attended, collected, collated and delivered anywhere across the globe.

Personal Assistant

Managing the schedule and work load of the CEO is critical in ensuring her attention is focused on the areas that require her levels of expertise, and that the daily management of the business can continue in a effective and efficient manner.

I am a friendly, outgoing Child of God, who takes great pride in everything I do. A perfectionist of sorts, I strive to work hard and drive success in all I endeavor, a go-getter who believes in making things work.

I am a peoples person who loves to work with others, and believe that in every situation there is something to learn, also believing that a smile makes a laugh and is the best medicine to life.
